Note that they very observably are marching counter-clockwise around the sigil in 2002 -- called widdershins -- this has deep occult significance:

In trauma-based mind control programming, marching widdershins is often described as a method to shatter a victim's baseline personality, unbind psychological defenses, and reverse moral orientation. In systemic ritual abuse theory, it symbolizes an inversion of the sacred -- turning a psyche inward, aligning it with the dark in the subconscious.
This reversal in a programming context is used to induce trance states, making the mind highly suggestible to behavioral coding or reprogramming.

This is no escape outward. The only reality is the loop around the designated authority. A submission to a New Axis. The new significance is turning the world upside down -- creating a new one going forward where right is wrong and lies become the truth.

So what's it doing on prominent display in a 1-year anniversary broadcast of 9/11??

This is fascinating once you begin to consider the mechanism at work here up against what I'm attempting to describe in this post; i.e., these rituals work like a technology. And it's a technology -- the provenance of which goes back to at least the Nazis, with earlier nods to figures like John Dee, Gilles de Rais, Elizabeth Bathory, Blavatsky and Crowley  -- designed to ease/open the way for something; a technology that is powered by trauma. In the case of The Exorcist, Roger Avary describes the real-life backstory of hidden pedophilia first novelist Blatty and then director William Friedkin may have been attempting to encode within the narrative. 

The story-within-the-story amounts to one of summoning. The systematic abuse of a young girl creates a conduit whereby a dark force can be metaphysically ushered into the world; conjured; weaponized. If this is indeed the forbidden knowledge of a tried and true equation that's always been in elite hands, then extrapolate the true purposes of the Epstein Network. Then extrapolate back -- reverse the timeline.

How "trust the science" messaging of the always-ahead-of-his-time Carpenter, circa 1987. 



But surely this pedophilic conjuring Exorcist underlay is conjecture. There can't possibly be any proof of this. Well, maybe....Maybe not. 
There is the circumstantial evidence of Sidney Gottlieb establishing Operation OFTEN, which delved heavily into the occult and influenced the trajectory of MKUltra, which sought to take over, order, and control the human mind, chiefly thru methods of trauma -- and specifically finding purchase of such platforming in the very young:

Viewed from the largest perspective encompassing many tentacles of the full narrative, we see something like this timeline where the government, in a mixture of Cold War paranoia and weaponization fixation under the auspices of National Security, has designed nightmares:

Thru other entries like Enochian magic and continued research, this would be the precise era where the government, thru contact, began a long road of understanding what they were dealing with and what they could get out of it vis a vis weaponization, as Tony Merkel postulates here at 1:07:33: 


As we can deduce from all the data we've examined here tonight, the case seems more than circumstantial that various world governments, secret societies or orders, cults, and elite monied interests -- along with various militaries -- all have access to knowledge and communications with off-world, non-human intelligences. That's the very LEAST we can say at this point. As has been noted by Tony Merkel, Nathaniel Gillis, and even Diana Pasulka herself in her American Cosmic, Big Tech CEOs and insiders have been receiving downloads and visions by way of dreamstate contacts with intelligences dictating, at the very least, various advancements in fringe technologies that have been unleashed in the world today; including but not limited to nanotechnology, biomed research, cutting edge genetic engineering, AI portals, likely whatever is deeply entailed in the data center advancement, et al.

Should we be comforted by assuming that all of this will remain firmly in the theoretical sandbox and not be trotted out in plug-and-play real-life scenarios? 
I think it's safe to assume the foundations of "trust the science" turning into pleading the fifth over 100 times is acknowledgment that theoretical was never a consideration, and a massive worldwide psyop right now in hindsight is the best we could have hoped for. It's extremely likely that the narrative is shifting currently into far worse trajectories than death and disability.
And yes -- those outcomes are very much in play.
