    Damn Bro; this one was especially powerful and poignant. The Aaron Swchartz bit in particular because I watched the documentary; The Internet's Own Boy- for the first time in 2017, when my only child/son was applying to colleges and MIT was on his list. I was super dubious and cautioned him but he got accepted and did go on 2018... I didn't like it but supported his decision. Turned out to be a big mistake! Long sad story I won't share here but anyway... While I was reading this post, I was imagining/fantasizing having an actual face to face conversation with you and other folks that comment and wishing we could connect in real time around a fire pit... Looking into each other's eyes and vibing in that 6 ft Heart field you referenced. I actually loathe texting so much lol! Which is a main reason why I don't comment a lot. I'm in WNC and would definitely travel for a meet up. I think it would be awesome to make an in person gathering happen! What say you?

      Over the years, I've submitted a few academic papers to MIT. What an ordeal. They always say No, but not before making you fill out lots of forms, essentially taking your ideas and learning everything about you. The whole thing screams Military-Industrial Complex. I can imagine that enrolling as an undergrad isn't the most uplifting experience, either.

      Damn JO!! That meetup idea is something I'll definitely keep in mind!! Trouble is in between working 6-7 days a week w/usually only nights off doesn't leave a lot of wiggle room LOL. Not to mention the suspension on the Batmobile needs work = not conducive to long rides -- crazy life stuff getting in the way...

      The droughts and fires all over Europe have been oddly / conveniently timed as well, I find. I've traveled in Dubai and Turkey and walked around in 40+ degrees. It wasn't particularly pleasant but nothing was catching on fire, either.

    Creutzfeldt-Jacob disease affects 1-2 people it of a 1 million resulting in 500-600 cases per year in the USA. It is a prion disease, and was a focus of research of scientists prior to Covid 19. Prion diseases are slow moving so people wouldn't think it's from vaccines. A colleague of mine just had a relative die recently of this rare disease. I'm guessing she was vaccinated and the mad cow effects of these shots might be starting, if not already. Here on page 6 of this paper it tells of the interest in prions for bioweapons.

    Re Michelle Trachtenberg -- at least 3 of the leads in 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' (1997-2003) are deceased today.

    And yes, I understand that they all came from generational trauma etc. - which, remarkably, people still don't get (assuming instead that these were 'girls next door' who got lured to acting).

    Either way - it's worth reminding ourselves of some of the show episodes' synopses:

    S1, E1: Buffy discovers that the school sits atop a demonic dimensional portal.

    S5, E22: Glory prepares Dawn for a bloodletting ritual that will open a portal to another dimension.

    S8, E16: Anya and Willow accidentally summon Willow's evil double from an alternate universe.

    Etc. etc. Back then, I couldn't figure out the whole premise, beyond "teens fighting their inner demons." I guess it was a more innocent time.
