As to WHAT that weird, kite-like black thing sailing against the wind is....your guess is as good as mine.
But given the prevailing SciFi Theatre that has been every second of 2025 so far, from worldwide chemical fog to worldwide spraying drones (maybe a link there) to 2 inches of snow knocking out the entire municipal water system of Richmond VA and replacing it with bacterial dreck for 4 days straight now with no end (or reasonable explanation) in sight... nothing is off the table, including a summoned Left Hand Path denizen from Dimension X.
