Stumbling Into Ritual

   

    On a hot stifling 98-degree Texas morning 47 years ago, Charles Whitman arrived at the Tower, still confused and wondering.  Compelled by forces beyond his control, he was here now to do the Devil’s work.  On an envelope labeled ‘Thoughts For The Day,’ his last written words had been:  “8-1-66.  I never could quite make it.  These thoughts are too much for me.” 

       What Charlie saw up until then in his loneliness, his detachment, we can now only suppose.  But Charles Whitman remains a siren call bellowing down the years to us all in the starkness of his story, the uniquely curious clarity of a mission he never knew he was embarking upon that for him held only misty compulsions.  Imagine Charlie Whitman, a sad pawn crying out for meaning and swept up in the gales of history.

       There remain today precious few clues in our search for what really happened to Whitman.  We know he climbed the Tower at the University of Texas on August 1^st, 1966, 11:35 a.m. armed with a footlocker full:  a sawed-off 12-guage shotgun, a Remington 700 6mm bolt action hunting rifle, a .35 caliber pump rifle, a .30 caliber carbine, a 9mm Luger, a Galesi-Brescia .25 caliber pistol, and a .357 Magnum along with over 700 rounds of ammo.  He killed 17 and wounded 32 before he himself was shot and killed some 90 minutes after he’d started his culling.  There are two specific incidents in his background however that stand out.

       Prior to enrolling at UT in pursuit of an engineering degree, Whitman received training at NESEP, the Naval Enlisted Science Education Program, supposedly a scholarship program especially interesting since he was still in the Marines.  He earned high scores on the required entrance examination and the “selection committee” approved his enrollment at an unnamed preparatory school in Maryland.  Whitman successfully completed courses in mathematics and physics before being approved to transfer to UT to study mechanical engineering on Sept.15, 1961.  By 1962 a seed had been planted.  He remarked to a friend in the campus bookstore: “A person could stand off an army from atop of it (the Tower), before they got him.”  The Marines pulled his scholarship due to poor grades and in February 1963 he returned to active duty at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, where a strange thing happened.  Whitman was riding in a jeep with two other Marines when it went over a steep embankment.  Whitman single-handedly lifted the vehicle to free the others and then fell over unconscious.  He was hospitalized for four days subsequently.

       On March 29^th, 1966, Whitman saw Dr. Maurice Dean Heatly, the staff psychiatrist at the UT Health Center.  After just one visit, he never returned.  Nine vials of unnamed prescription drugs were found at Whitman’s home after the shootings.  He also stabbed both his wife and mother to death while they slept, leaving a notation the previous morning that read 3:00 A.M.  BOTH DEAD.  In hindsight, an ominous pall is cast around this incident that so altered the American perception of life.  Writer Jesse Hicks put it best:

        “We cannot even recapture the horror of Whitman’s act, because the world it ended is so alien to us, so fast receding, that it might as well be Eden.  We cannot feel bitterness, or sadness, as the wound of August 1, 1966 fades to a white scar on the collective consciousness.  What Charlie saw from his high tower was a different future, and with his bullets, he pushed us into it.”

       I might even say they pushed us into it, because although Charlie was the instrument, I don’t believe his was the guiding hand.  Given the above anomalies and what we know of the post-war milieu of CIA/DOD experimentations, I submit Whitman was patient zero in the quest for the super soldier, the programmable, the Manchurian Candidate.  One of the opening salvos in what continues today.  One need only observe the spooky parallels between Whitman’s rudimentary schooling/programming with the Aurora Colorado shooter, James Holmes’, advanced pedigree in “education,” to see how the “handling” continues.

       August 1, 1966.  Four days later, Revolver was released, answering Pet Sounds, and the race to the Age of Aquarius was on.  A distinctly different curtain fell on a New Age, an age whose endgame would morph into a New World Order, a term uttered in public some 24 years later, along with “1,000 points of light.”  Charlie’s mechanical engineering might as well have been social engineering, because it’s never ending, as the next part of our story illustrates.

       Many Middle Eastern cultures, in accordance with their religious traditions, prohibit the mixing of meat and milk.  The purpose of this, allegedly, is to avoid accidental ritual.  Jacques Vallee says his favorite UFO case is the one he calls “Copper Medic,” so named in his arcane filing system.  In this case an elderly couple, Clint and Jane Chapin, panhandling for gold in the California mountains happen upon a rattlesnake.  They kill it in what amounts to a ritualistic manner, cutting off the head and then burying the head and body separately, marking it with a stone “so no one will step over it.”  Almost immediately in the trees beyond the tall grass, they both spot an oval object, about the size of a VW, she sees it as cream colored, he as a burnished gray.  It lifts up and pauses before shooting away at tremendous speed.  It leaves behind a deep oval depression, some pale yellow-green glassy fragments, and a silvery colored block that appears as a copper alloy.  It is October 30, 1969.  The same object appears again in the same spot on December 27, 1976 and October 13, 1977.  In another “high strangeness” case in his files, something like a Sasquatch materializes immediately when a hunter and his young son perform certain accidental actions with a freshly killed dead rabbit.  There is evidently a very certain danger of accidentally stumbling into ritual.

       How many of the arcane, esoteric practices of the movers and shakers of our broken world have originated in this accidental stumbling, only to be handed down from generation to generation afterward?  Polished, honed, refined bloodlettings, killings, torturings.  The cultivating of pain and fear as currency, leverage, barters, portals.  Listen to Whitley Strieber:

       “There is something deeply wrong in our world.  Something is actively distorting and corrupting human life.  It lives inside us, but I am not so sure that it really is a part of us.  And as we become more powerful, it does as well.  The fantastic paroxysm of war that started in 1914 and ended only with the fall of the Berlin Wall is an example.  Millions and millions of people died, all because of a single bullet fired by an assassin in a small town in Serbia.  Out of that bullet came WWI, the fall of the European empires, the rise of communism and nazism, WWII, the slaughter of the minorities of Europe, the Cold War, the rise of Japanese militarism, and the atomic age.  Compared to that, we are living in an age of relative peace.  For the moment.  But notice that as soon as the Cold War ended, Arab extremism appeared.  Where was it during the Cold War?  It seems to have appeared almost on cue.  Who is doing this?”

       The rituals of the Black Nobility come in many forms, often shape-shifting to fit the agenda on any given point in the timeline.  You can find them anywhere.  At giant biotech firm Senomyx, using human fetal cells as flavor enhancers, which undoubtedly can be traced all the way back to the 1974 U.N. declaration citing “Food As A Weapon” against Third World countries, “used by governmental bodies to limit and control the population.”  Remember, what’s done out of the country always serves as a beta test for what can be done IN the country, and besides, you didn’t really think they’d stop with GMOs did you?

       Rituals abound quite proudly in Michael Aquino’s paper MindWar, where he advocates in 1980 what we now understand to be the chemtrails-HAARP nexus of electronic brainwave entrainment to exert mind control over the U.S. population.  This paper was circulated widely among the National Security Council corridors as well as with the Joint Chiefs.  A few choice quotes: “Under varying external EM conditions, humans are either more or less disposed to the consideration of new ideas….ELF waves up to 100 Hz are once more naturally occurring, but they can also be produced artificially.  ELF waves are not normally noticed by the unaided senses, yet their resonant effect upon the human body has been connected to both physiological disorders and emotional distortion.  Infrasound vibration up to 20 Hz can subliminally influence brain activity to align itself to delta, theta, alpha, or beta wave patterns, inclining an audience toward everything from alertness to passivity.  Infrasound could be used tactically, as ELF waves endure for great distances, and it could be used in conjunction with media broadcasts as well.”  Can you say Rwanda boys and girls?  How about Bosnia?  Heck, throw in some desiccated red blood cells found in the chemtrails falling on us and you’ve got a party!  Let’s head across the pond.  Destination: Belgium.

       The pedophile murder ring which came to light in Belgium in 1996 centered on the main character of Marc Dutroux,

allegedly  with just 3 other accomplices.  He kidnapped, tortured, and sexually abused 7 girls from 1995 to 1996, killing 5.  Their ages were from 8-18.  Although the widespread protection that Dutroux received from Belgian authorities in the years prior to his eventual conviction lies beyond the scope of this article, let it be known that he always insisted he was part of a Europe-wide pedophile ring with accomplices among police officers, doctors, lawyers, businessmen, and the highest-level politicians.  And, as always, the parliamentary commissions doing the investigating denied everything, claiming he profited only due to corruption, sloppiness, and incompetence. Sound familiar? (Much like the aftermath of 9/11, this is always the de facto fallback position.)  To this day, all official accounts still gloss over the extent of the Belgian people’s outrage, counting only 300,000 that took to the streets in protest of the widespread cover-up when the true number was closer to a million.  There remain numerous unanswered questions, such as how could an unemployed electrician, even one supplementing his income with drug dealing, afford seven houses throughout Belgium, where he kept a constant flow of prey in heavy rotation?

       The British Sunday Times reported the accounts of witnesses describing Black Masses in which children were killed in front of audiences which included prominent members of Belgian society.  A Belgian newspaper reported that a former commissioner of the European union was among a group of judges, lawyers, senior politicians, and policemen who attended orgies at a Belgian chateau organized by Michel Nihoul, one of Dutroux’s accomplices.  One investigator said it was “like going back to the Middle Ages.”

       It is a short step from knowledge of the Belgian kidnappings and murders by Dutroux to the hellhole that is Chateau des Amerois, otherwise known as the Castle of Darkness.  Also in Belgium, and a stone’s throw from Dutroux’s stomping grounds, it is close to the French border, some 20 kilometres from Luxembourg. It’s protected from view by thick forests and a constant guard patrol keeps out the curious.  On the grounds is a cathedral with a dome containing 1,000 lights.  When President George H.W. Bush made mention of “a thousand points of light” in his 1989 inaugural address, and again in 1990, this is what he was speaking about.  A code for those who knew.  A paean to the place signaling the top of the Satanic structure.

       This castle is the property of the infamous Solvay family.  Denis Solvay is vice-president of the Solvay Group, chief executive officer of Abelag Aviation and director of biotechnology company Eurogentec.  Patrick Solvay, main shareholder of the Solvay Group, actually lives in the castle.  Little wonder that Solvay Pharmaceuticals introduced the drug Luvox to the world.  The same Luvox that was the first SSRI exclusively marketed to children with OCD by the FDA in 1997.  The same Luvox that Eric Harris was on in 1999 when he and his buddy Dylan Klebold became the Columbine patsies.  Solvay is also the number one mass producer/distributor of fluoride and vaccines in the world.  Etienne Davignon, former three-time member of the Trilateral Commission, and current Chairman of the Bilderberg group, is on their board of directors, and is whispered to be a Solvay by birth, changing his last name to hide who he was.  Going farther back in the timeline, Ernest Solvay was close confidante with Hitler.  These are the people who own castles, whole cities, in every nation on Earth.  Solvay, NY.  Solvay, Italy.  They’re everywhere.  They are also the largest banking institution in Europe behind the scenes, making even the Rothschilds look poor.  Brussells doesn’t have all the power for nothing folks; there’s a reason NATO is headquartered there.  And NATO officials, EU officials, Kings, Queens, U.S. congressmen, future Presidents, all come together at Chateau des Amerois for hardcore child abuse, rape, torture, snuff, you name it.  The name Solvay seems a Rosetta stone for carefully considered death and cultured evil.  Once again, the Chateau des Amerois was named in late 1996 and early 1997 by at least one ‘X’ survivor of the Dutroux affair as a place where nasty things happened.  Different witnesses who described child torture, child rape, child molestation, child hunting and child murder have been declared “mad,” but only after all the original investigators were suddenly replaced.  There were also multiple claims of sex parties that were held in different castles.  It didn’t matter that the witness accounts included many verifiable corroborative details and helped to solve a couple of previous child murders.  Multiple families of the victims have been convinced there is a massive cover-up and at least 20 crucial witnesses have “committed suicide.”

       In Grant Morrison’s The Invisibles there’s a phone conversation between Whitehall and an occultic assassin.  Scion of the ruling class Sir Miles Delacourt, who’s favorite pastime is the “most dangerous game,” ends the conversation: “Look, I have a Cabinet ritual to attend, and if it’s anything like the last one, we’ll be up to our knees in blood and spunk for at least the next twelve hours.”

       Latest investigation has boys from the U.K. Jersey homes being sent to Belgium with full knowledge of the Brussels parliament.  Find out exactly where Prince Charles’ yacht was on May 3, 2007, an otherwise balmy Thursday evening.  Just of the coast of Algarve, Portugal it so happens.  All we know is a notation from an itinerary reads thusly: “A boat registered to HRH (His Royal Highness) left Portugal in May 2007.”  May 3, 2007 is the date 3-year-old Madeleine McCann disappeared in Algarve, Portugal.  Despite continuing investigations across multiple countries, her whereabouts remain unknown.

       Yachts it so happens, are often used as the preferred method of transportation and abuse.  From Sept.2007 UK police took 1,777 statements from 192 victims, identifying 151 abusers.  Number of prosecutions: 7.  Children from Jersey homes and Haut de la Garenne

were “loaned out” to members of the “yachting fraternity” and other prominent citizens.  Although Jersey is part of the British Isles and under Queen’s rule, it has a separate government system dating back to King John, and makes its own laws.

       One of those named abusers was Edward Heath, Prime Minister from 1970-1974.  He procured boys from Haut de la Garenne to take for weekends on his yacht “Morning Cloud.”  The person bringing children to him was none other than Jimmy Savile.  After digging for human remains at Haut de la Garenne, authorities would go so far as to exclaim Savile was “the tip of the iceberg.”  All of Britain continues to reel from the Savile disclosures, the Haut de la Garenne disclosures, the Bryn Estyn scandal, the findings of the Leveson inquiry, to name but a few in the last 12 months.

       On January 1, 2012, a body was discovered on the Queen’s Sandringham Estate.  Authorities said the person was highly  unlikely to have died by accident or due to natural causes.  The remains were subsequently identified as being those of Alisa Dmitrijeva

, a 17-year-old from Latvia.  Police believe she had died somewhere in the timeframe from August to the end of September 2011.  After making a show of arresting two suspects on May 1, 2012, they were quietly let go due to lack of evidence against them.  No further leads have been forthcoming.  UK researcher David Icke, as long ago as the mid-1990s, cited places such as Balmoral and Sandringham as sites where satanic activity was rampant, as well as “outing” Gordon Brown, Ed Heath, Jimmy Savile, George H.W. Bush and many, many others as some of the most vile pieces of humanity preying on the weak and the young for their sick pleasure.

       It must be said that it’s looking more and more like every single claim this man has come up with has been proved utterly 100% true.  At the time he was labeled a crank and worse, even to the point of being shunned by the media and vilified in public.  As it turns out, all he was ever guilty of was doing some damn good research, research the supposedly above-reproach mainstream media should have been doing on its own, which brings us to our final story.

       On August 12 it was announced by the Oklahoma Department of Human Services that there were 78 children under their care who were missing.  Let that sink in for a moment, and think of the kind of hell to pay there would be if it was announced that 78 children went missing while in the custody of their parents.  Millie Carpenter, who holds the position of DHS’s permanency and well-being program administrator, and her cohort Melissa Jones, DHS program administrator have gone so far as to say there is nothing wrong and their publicly-funded agency has made absolutely no mistakes.  For those in the media unable or unwilling to connect the dots, there is something terribly, terribly wrong here, and in light of this, why aren’t more questions being asked?  Why isn’t Brian Williams making this the lead story every night until the answers start coming?

       As a matter of fact, 38 of the 78 have been missing for more than 3 months.  Why weren’t 38, and then78, missing persons reports filed or the police contacted?  None of the facts connected to the handling of these missing children add up.  The fact that the authorities are not up in arms and in the middle of conducting a criminal investigation is highly suspicious and indicative of complicity and cover-up at higher levels.  Remember the entire Sandusky-Second Mile scenario.  Most still believe that when Sandusky received his 30 to 60 year sentence the case was closed, which is exactly what the child sex industry and the media would like you to believe.  The truth is any investigation was quickly concluded so as to not reveal the extent and scope of the network of  rich, powerful elite predators in our midst.  And remember the Second Mile was one of George H.W. Bush’s “1,000 points of Light.”  Are you beginning to read the code now?  They hide in plain sight.

       Sandusky should have been put away for keeps in 1999, when allegations were first brought to D.A. Ray Gricar, including voicemail tapes and tape recordings made by the mother of one of the victims of Sandusky and her son in sexually graphic conversations.  Friends say that Gricar was frightened and intimidated into not pursuing charges despite overwhelming evidence.  (Frightened and intimidated from sources much higher up the food chain, and 1999 was the time when another Bush was about to be installed in the throne room, if you’d care to connect the dots.)  Of course Gricar later grew a spine and reopened the investigation and promptly went missing in a flurry of suspicious circumstances.  He was declared dead in 2011.

       Georgia State Senator Nancy Schaefer was hot on the trail of Child Protective Services in 2009 and 2010, authoring multiple documents making it clear that organizations such as Second Mile procure their underage victims by making them wards of the State, CPS having unchecked legal authority to remove children from their homes with or without cause.  Then the factory really gets rolling when corrupt juvenile court judges (kickbacks) along with CPS place these children wherever they see fit (see Boys’ Town, the Franklin Scandal, Second Mile, etc).  As most reading this may know, Nancy Schaefer and her husband Bruce were “suicided” by handgun chest and back wounds in 2010, on he same day she was attempting to reach out to radio talk show host Alex Jones, because she knew she was in deep trouble.

       Out there, how many more missing children cases will go unexamined, how many more murders and suicides unexplored?  How many Chateau des Amerois shielded from prying eyes? How many Luvox prescriptions will be filled tonight alone?

       Where exactly are the missing children tonight, and in the control of what handlers?  How many cookie cutter Charles Whitmans are being manufactured right now?  The ceremonies, the rituals, continue unabated, and who will be next under their sway?
